Love : why ?? its season of joy and love isn't it.{Entry for December 21, 2006}

Well i have not written a blog entry for a while.....and as you can see its been only poems being posted why not change the pattern ........
Well the first difficulty while thinking about writing that came to my mind was what to topic to write on .. well love came to the rescue......
I know its a common thing to talk about ...but i thought why the hell not give it a shot with Christmas and new year looming ahead... This period of the year is surely the season of joy and love.
Love is the mother of all emotions. I guess everyone agrees to it . Everyone has has experienced it one form or other. Its the only emotion that involves all other emotions. .
I am gonna just focus on one aspect and one form of love. Of late i have observed that a lot of people who are in love being hurt , in pain due to various reasons. Well i am not going to look into the reasons or the cause of it.
I am no newton when it comes to love . I am gonna just pen down some of my observations and my views. I hope it would helpful to some people out there.
When you are in love and in a relationship, imagine that you are living out a dream. Don't have any expectations or assumption about your relationship or of your partner. Expectations, I feel are the main reason for love turning out be sour resulting in pain, sadness and dejection.
Expectations are not bad , life is basically about them. Let the nature or rather depth of expectations like that you have of your dreams. Yeah u heard it right; i just said dreams. When you are in love , imagine u are in a dream. With dreams, you know one thing it may happen or may not. Think of expectation in the same way u think of a dream .
Thinking about love and expectations in your relationship this way may help u cope better with pain and dejection.
Well thats all i want to talk about love for now.. Well there is another philosophy about unconditional love brewing in my mind and i have named it in a funny way ... I cant give the details for now as that would letting to many things out of the box and jumping the gun as well ... One thing i am sure everyone would say it is highly impractical to think that way .. But thats what you get from a dreamer like me. .....Anyways i am stopping now else i would spill all the beans..
